Refugee Committee

 

All claims for Commissariat for Refugees are filed through Refugee Commissioner of the municipality of residence

In order to be registered and obtain ID card for displaced persons, a displaced person needs to procure the following:

 

  • personally signed claim
  • ID card ( page with personal information, photo and change of residence pages – for adults, and birth certificate, date of issuance must not exceed six months, and a parents ID card for minors)
  • place of residence notification
  • statement regarding residence certified at Town Hall or Municipal Court, if the client owns some real estate and resides there, it is necessary to submit the proof of possession
  • two photos (25 / 32 cm) for people older than 16

 

In order to obtain a duplicate of ID card for displaced persons, it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • personally signed claim
  • ID card ( page with personal information, photo and change of residence pages – for adults, and birth certificate, date of issuance must not exceed six months, and a parents ID card for minors)
  • place of residence notification
  • confirmation of Department of Internal Affairs of a missing ID card for displaced persons
  • two photos (25 / 32 cm) for people older than 16


For changes within the ID card for displaced persons itself, it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • personally signed claim
  • ID card ( page with personal information, photo and change of residence pages – for adults, and birth certificate, date of issuance must not exceed six months, and a parents ID card for minors)
  • place of residence notification
  • - Proof regarding the change, date of issuance must not exceed six months
  • two photos (25 / 32 cm) for people older than 16

 

For newly – born babies:

 

 

  • personally signed claim
  • Birth certificate, date of issuance must not exceed six months
  • place of residence notification
  • ID cards and ID cards for displaced persons for both parents


In order to cancel the status of a displaced person/ refugee, it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • Personally signed claim
  • Decision on having the status of a displaced person/ refugee
  • Refugee/ displaced person ID card
  • Decision on being granted Serbian citizenship and Citizenship Certificate itself

 

In order for a minor to gain the status of a refugee:

  • Claim signed by parents
  • New parents’ refugee ID cards
  • Child’s birth certificate date of issuance must not exceed six months
  • ZBEG 2 form


For additional registration:

 

  • Personally signed claim
  • Old refugee/ displaced person ID card
  • Proof on being unable to attend mandatory registration


In order to change Decision on having the status of a displaced person/ refugee or to confirm the status of a displaced person/ refugee it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • Personally signed claim

  • Refugee/ displaced person ID card
  • Decision on having the status of a displaced person/ refugee or decision on confirmation of having the status of a displaced person/ refugee
  • Proof regarding the change, date of issuance must not exceed six months


In order for a Refugee Committee’s decision to become legally-binding, it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • Personally signed claim
  • Refugee Committee’s original decision
  • Refugee/ displaced person ID card


In order to get approval for the change of residence, it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • Personally signed claim
  • Proof that s/he owns a real estate in the municipality where s/he is to reside
  • Real estate owner’s statement, where refugee/ displaced person is to reside, certified at the Town Hall
  • Proof that the house/ apartment is his/hers


In order to get a confirmation that a person exists or not in the data base:

  • Personally signed claim
  • ID card

 

In order to get a decision that an appeal process is in progress in order to regulate health care protection, it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • Personally signed claim
  • Decision on the cancellation of the status
  • ID card


In order to compensate funeral expenses, it is necessary to obtain the following:

  • Personally signed claim
  • Death certificate
  • Refugee/ displaced person ID card of the deceased
  • Original undertaker’s receipt
  • ID of the person who files the claim
  • Proof from work market of being unemployed
  • Proof of wages of the members of the household


Partial compensation of funeral expenses belong to the person who paid for the funeral, provided:

  • That the deceased had the status of a refugee/ displaced person until the moment of his/her death and that s/he had no income at all in Serbia or his/her homeland
  • That the person who files the claim for partial compensation of funeral expenses has no income higher than 2,500 RSD per member of the household


 

Service for veteran-invalid care


Disability allowance

  1. Military certificate of wounding circumstances
  2. Medical documentation from the wounding period
  3. New medical documentation
  4. ID copy
  5. Citizenship Certificate
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. Certificate from the Municipal Court that the person is not being prosecuted at the time
  8. Form number 1 from general practitioner

In title to get orthopedic appliances and home care assistance:

Only disabled veterans wounded before April 27, 1992 are in title to this.


Compensation for the time of unemployment of invalids from groups 1-4

  1. Certificate of work market
  2. Copy of the card of evidence and employment book
  3. Certificate that the person is not a entrepreneur
  4. Certificate that the person doesn’t have old-age or disability pension
  5. Certificate that the person doesn’t pay tax for agricultural activities
  6. Certificate from the Cadastre that the person doesn’t pay tax for real estate

Family disability pension per fallen soldier

Child protection service


Claim for parent benefit - Republic

  1. birth certificates for all the children
  2. place of residence for all the children
  3. citizenship certificate for mother (date of issuance must not exceed six months)
  4. Mother’s ID
  5. Mother’s health card
  6. Two photocopies of the current account from both sides in any bank


All documents have to be original or certified photocopies


Claim for parent benefit – Municipality

 

  1. Birth certificate for the first child
  2. Citizenship certificate
  3. ID photocopy
  4. Photocopy of bankbook or current account card
  5. If the mother is a refugee, she needs a certified photocopy of Refugee ID card


Claim for parent benefit – for Province

  1. Birth certificate for the first child

Next to the claim for child benefit, the applicant is obliged to procure

  1. Birth certificates for all the children
  2. Citizenship certificate
  3. ID photocopies for adults in the household, for children – place of residence
  4. Health card photocopy
  5. Income certificates for three previous months
  6. Cadastre certificate for every member of the household
  7. Tax certificate for every member of the household
  8. Certificate that children regularly go to school
  9. Proofs on facts regarding real estate and residential area
  10. Certificate of authorized Health Care Center on reasons that a child don’t go to school regularly
  11. Decision on children categorization
  12. Decision on parental rights extension
  13. Proofs for single-parent status
  14. Unemployment proofs
  15. Proofs of foster parenting
  16. Photocopy of the current account from both sides in any bank


For newly-born baby

  1. Birth certificate
  2. Place of residence
  3. Cadastre certificate for the baby from the place of birth and residence


Claim for partial compensation of expenses for third and fourth child

  1. Photocopy of applicant’s ID
  2. Birth certificate for all the children
  3. Proof on place of residence for the children involved
  4. Certificate of child’s admission to pre-school institution


Maternity leave, work leave for (special) care of a child


In order to be paid during maternity leave, an employee has to procure the following:

  1. Claim
  2. Employer’s certificate that the employee is in title to maternity leave and work leave for (special) care of a child
  3. Employer’s certificate of employee’s uninterrupted period of service
  4. Doctors original documents
  5. Birth certificate for all the children
  6. Health card, certified copy
  7. Bankbook , certified copy
  8. Current account, photocopy of the bank card
  9. Employer’s certificate of employee’s previous salaries
  10. Child’s father statement that he would not use compensation right for (special) care of a child


For employees in private companies it is necessary to procure

  1. Work contract
  2. Insurance policy


In order to be compensated during maternity leave, an entrepreneur, who empowered a manager, is obliged to procure the following:

  1. Claim
  2. Doctors original documents
  3. Birth certificate for all the children
  4. Health card, certified copy
  5. ID, certified copy
  6. Bankbook , certified copy
  7. Current account, photocopy of the bank card
  8. Insurance policy
  9. Decision on monthly taxes
