SURFACE AREA: 2,380,000 m2 , which makes 21,90 % of all work zones in cadastre municipality of Ruma. Processed by Detailed Regulation Plan: 2,380,000 m2 , which makes 100 % of the total surface area of the zone Ruma Interchange LOCATION: Industrial Zone Ruma Interchange is located at the crossroads of Highway E-70 and major road M-21 (Novi Sad- Sabac). The zone is entirely owned by the Municipality of Ruma.

The zone is going to be divided into blocks, containing service roads within blocks. Infrastructure (sewerage system, water and electric power) will be located within roads’ corridors. Arrangement of the zone will start in 2010, and the process itself will develop in phases depending on the needs of the investors. Parcels will be of various sizes, between 1 and 50 hectares. It will be allowed to build different facilities: factories, warehouses, even sports recreation centres. The only condition for future investors will be that technologies that they use are not harmful to the environment and health of the residents of Municipality of Ruma, i.e. transportation, warehousing and production of hazardous substances is prohibited. |
